The Process

Four steps from enquiry to proof of delivery

1 Step One

Request a quote

Tell us the collection and delivery addresses, what's being moved (size, weight and quantity) and when it needs to happen. We respond with a fixed, itemised price.

2 Step Two

Confirm the booking

Once you accept the quote, we confirm the collection window and the vehicle. You'll have a named point of contact for the job.

3 Step Three

Collection and transport

Our driver collects your goods at the agreed time, transports them by road, and keeps you informed of progress along the way.

4 Step Four

Delivery and proof

We complete delivery within the agreed window and provide proof of delivery. We then invoice the job, or charge it to your account if you have one.

Payment

One-off jobs are paid on completion. Regular and approved account customers are invoiced at agreed rates on agreed terms.

Insurance & compliance

We operate in line with UK road transport regulations and carry goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available to customers on request. Where vehicles over 3.5 tonnes are used for hire or reward, the appropriate operator licensing applies.
